• The precision of our products?

Our professional mold design team can achieve precision down to 0.02mm, enabling us to manufacture and produce a wide range of precision instrument parts.

• Do you have an independent mold room in-house? What’s the shortest mold opening time?

We have our own mold department and a team with over 20 years of experience in mold design and processing. Our extensive equipment inventory includes more than 10 sets of mold processing equipment, allowing us to open the mold in just 10 days.

• How many employees in Gaoliming?

Our company has 150 regular employees, with a full range of die casting and die casting post-processing departments, including mold, die casting, deburring, tapping, polishing, surface treatment, quality inspection, and packaging departments. We offer a comprehensive die casting production service.

• What surface treatments are available for die castings?

Our company has its own surface treatment department, which includes an independent spraying workshop, oil spraying, silkscreen, laser, polishing, and other surface treatment processes. Additionally, we have a number of stable cooperative relationships with suppliers of electroplating, powder spraying, oxidation, and other surface treatment services that have been in place for over 20 years. This allows us to consistently provide products with stable color values and exquisite appearances.

• MOQ

The initial quantity is typically 2,000 units, though this may vary depending on the size of the product, production difficulty, and other factors.

• Please advise which type of material is used for aluminum alloy die casting and zinc alloy die casting, and whether it is environmentally friendly.

We offer A360, A380, and ADC12 (also known as A383) aluminum alloy. In addition to our Zamak 3 & Zamak 5 zinc alloy die casting services, we also offer ZA-8 zinc alloy die casting. All materials are imported in an environmentally friendly manner and can provide relevant qualification certificates.

• Do you offer CNC machining?

We are able to perform CNC machining on a large scale, with over ten CNC finishing machines at our disposal. Our capabilities extend to drilling, milling, and boring compound machining for a wide range of products. The surface quality of die casting is enhanced, and precision is optimized.

• Die Casting Machine

We are pleased to offer 10 sets of 280-1200T aluminum alloy die-casting machines and 8 sets of 88-200T zinc alloy die-casting machines. All of them are purchased from L.K Machinery. Our selection of die-casting machines and other post-processing equipment includes well-known brands at home and abroad, ensuring the quality of die-castings is more stable.
